"The Fremont Arts Council celebrates the autumnal equinox with our illuminated lantern procession around Green Lake! "
Lady Victoria plans to participate in this annual celebration sponsored by the Fremont Arts Council.
The staging of the route begins at the Greenlake Community Center at the north end of the lake, then proceeds westward to end at the Bath House. You are encouraged to dress up, carry a lantern, bring friends, listen to good music provided by musicians in attendance.

Are you attending the Taproot play?
If yes, you can wear the same outfit! You can also come creatively dressed.
Where:
Meet with Lady V holding space in line at the Greenlake Community Center (across from Greenlake Library).
What to Wear:
Either a create costume that you'd enjoy wearing to celebrate the Equinox, or the outfit you are wearing to the Taproot Theatre play (The Importance of Being Earnest) in the afternoon.

What to Bring
A colorful lantern, light-up tiara, hat, etc. that you think would be fun to see in a parade! You will be carrying everything, so if you are bringing a sandwich as dinner or something to drink, anticipate managing those items.
