The annual Downton picnic is coming up soon, and the village is buzzing with excitement? Will we see you there?
Join SITU Members and Friends for a day out on the lawn at Downton.
We will cool under the trees or relax while enjoying a self-packed picnic lunch, and chat with friends, old & new.

Wear:
– Your favorite Downton-era attire (1901-1929)
– Summer Whites are encouraged
– You’ll be able to have your likeness captured while you are amidst the trees, flowers, etc.
Bring:
– Good walking shoes (may have uneven lawn)
– Bring your self-packed food and beverages, along with items to sit upon or hold food (chairs, tables, blankets, etc..)
– Parasol to protect against the sun or rain
– Good humour and willingness to chat!
Food:
Everyone brings their own self-packed picnic. This is not a pot-luck.
Cost:
– FREE parking
– $5 per attendee
– Children under 12 FREE
RSVP Deadline:
– If paying by check, must be received by Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
– For PayPal, must be received by 5p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023.
