Step back in time into the recording studio of SITU Broadcasting System and join us for the excitement of a live radio show broadcast!
In the 1930's-40's everyone would gather in the evening at home around the Zenith or RCA Victor radio to enjoy the show. YOU will have priority seating at the recording studio!
Get ready to enjoy an elegant afternoon filled with suspense, adventure, and laughter.
Come join your SITU friends at this gathering. Join in the fun and drama!
A no-host lunch prior to "broadcast time" is available.

- We will meet in our private, designated “studio” room in the back at 11:30 am
- Waitstaff will take beverage & lunch orders starting at 11:30 am.

What to Wear:
Deco era – 1930’s to early 1940’s
Fashionable afternoon or evening attire
We invite you to attend in apparel from the early 1930’s through 1940’s
Gents: Tweeds, Country Attire, Suits or Tuxedo
Ladies: Glamourous gowns, elegant fabrics, lots of jewelry. If your wardrobe is challenged for this time period, use more modern apparel and accessorize to hint for the early time period.
Don’t let a costume discourage you from attending. Simply come dressed for a glamourous time and enjoy the fun!

- This is a SITU Members-only event, so be sure to secure your 2025 Membership!
- Early registration is encouraged because seating is limited

Choose from the regular menu on the day of the event
Food & Beverage: You will be purchasing directly from the facility. They will start a tab for your purchases. The venue will automatically add the 25% gratuity to each ticket (as is typical for large groups).
- Salads and gluten-free pizzas are available
- Vegetarian items also on the menu
- SITU will provide a celebratory cake for dessert. A gluten-free option will also be available.

SITU Event & Ticket Policy - 2025
As we live in the Seattle Area, we are at the mercy of weather conditions.
Should inclement weather necessitate Event cancellation, we will reschedule the Event.
Refunds for SITU activities cannot be made, however, tickets may be transferable.
Purchasing tickets to SITU events and activities is the same as buying tickets to the Theatre, Opera, etc.
Any transfer of tickets must be coordinated with the Treasurer.
If you have purchased tickets to a SITU activity and are unable to attend,
please contact the Treasurer for further information.
